Ramesh Somasundaram is the Chief Technology Officer at PTaaS Global since 2020.

As CTO for PTaaS Global’ Insurance Tax Business for Americas, Ramesh is responsible for setting the technology strategy, market and product roadmap across products and analytics services. He oversees the technology transformation and works closely with product and engineering leadership to ensure the alignment of product and technology initiatives.
Ramesh is an expert in digital transformation, compliance, risk and tax solutions, regulatory and reporting requirements across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry sectors.
Ramesh is an experienced professional with over 26+ years of extensive global IT experience. Which includes IT consulting, strategy, product development, service delivery, and advisory service across Banking and financial services, Insurance, Entertainment & Utility industries. He has managed clients across NA, EU and LATAM.
Ramesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from ACCET, Karaikudi (Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering & Technology), Madurai Kamaraj University.

Here he led a team of 15+ people from product, project, and support organizations.

Karthik brings very rich experience of leading development, maintenance and implementation teams focusing on digital cloud solutions (Compliance, Risk and Tax Solutions), data analytics and services across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry sectors.
As a VP of Product Management with a demonstrated history of working in the Banking, financial services and Insurance industry. Skilled in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, IPT Tax Liability, Digital Customer Onboarding Life Cycle from Acquisition to Servicing, Agile Project Management and Innovation. Understand and evaluate complex systems and collaborate closely with stakeholders to find creative solutions.
His experience includes leading, managing, and supporting global client engagements which consider solutions that maximize the benefits from internally optimized, digital cloud solutions and sourced service delivery operations
